Once you have identified a patient for treatment, the simple process begins with you taking the following basic patient records: PVS impressions, PVS bite registration, patient photographs, and x-rays. These records are then sent to Align Technology, along with a completed Invisalign treatment form, using our convenient online-submission process or via the mail using the provided case-submission boxes.
