Provisionalize upper central incisors with Bis GMA Resin; created from study models and bonded into place
Maxillary left third molar extracted prior to starting Invisalign
Space created by expansion, proclination and IPR
Maxillary anterior set up for ideal porcelain restoration of all maxillary incisors

Post Invisalign Treatment

Final restoration made of maxillary incisors after whitening procedure
All porcelain crowns for the maxillary central incisors and porcelain veneers for the maxillary lateral incisors
