Diagnosis

Patient's Chief Concern
Patient wanted straight teeth that looked good and were easier to keep clean. She was hoping that her treatment could involve Invisalign since she felt that with Invisalign, she would be able to brush and clean her teeth more easily than with braces.

Diagnostic Summary

Class I Molar Relationship
Excessive buccal tipping of the maxillary molars
Excessive lingual tipping of the mandibular molars
Overjet = +2mm Overbite 0-10%
Mandibular/Maxillary crowding 0-3mm
Bilateral posterior cross bite tendency
Maxillary laterals displaced mesial-palatally & in cross bite
Slightly convex profile with a protrusive lower lip
Competent lips in repose
Slightly proclined mandibular incisors

Treatment

De-rotated and aligned teeth
Corrected anterior cross bite
Established Class I cuspid relation bilaterally
Established ideal overjet and overbite
Utilized conservative interproximal reduction to gain space

Post Invisalign Treatment

Following the orthodontic treatment, minor anterior incisal recontouring was done
