Presented by: Dr. Doug Brandt
This session is designed for advanced Invisalign providers who want to learn more about treating
mild, non-skeletal anterior-posterior discrepancies in non-growing patients. Participants will learn

change between both arches. Improving the A-P relationship can help maintain and/or achieve a

treatment strategies can benefit from auxiliary techniques such as inter-arch elastics and how these

Invisalign as the New Preventive Dentistry
Presented by: Dr. Gary Brigham
Recent downtrends in economic conditions have led many patients to forego orthodontic
treatment for perceived cosmetic improvements that can be postponed in favor of meeting basic
needs. However, many fail to appreciate the general population’s tendency toward
progressive dental arch narrowing and steepening of the interincisal relationship leading to
destructive dental attrition, anterior crowding with inflammatory conditions, and TMD.
Invisalign is uniquely suited to specifically address these problems. When the critical relationship
between systemic and orofacial health is emphasized, patients often become anxious to commence
Invisalign treatment. Strategies, as well as pre and post- treatment cases, are presented to
illustrate these points, serve to illustrate why Invisalign deserves the designation as the
new preventive dentistry.

Utilizing Invisalign to Enhance Restorative Outcomes
Presented by: Dr. Nancy Ward
We all know adult patients with severe wear can be difficult to treat. Excessive wear can contribute
to super eruption of anterior teeth which compromises our ability to provide anterior guidance
with a restorative solution alone. In this session, Dr. Nancy Ward leads the audience through
several patient examples to share the interdisciplinary steps she incorporates to achieve an ideal
result in these types of cases. Participants learn how to communicate their goals for occlusion
and anterior guidance in their ClinCheck treatment plans. A full mouth rehabilitation is included in
the cases presented.
