Patient's Chief Concern
The patient was hoping that Invisalign would be an option for her because she liked that it was less noticeable than braces. She also felt Invisalign would be less labor intensive to keep her teeth clean while in orthodontic treatment.

25% Class II molar relationship - Right
Class I molar relationship - Left
Excessive lingual tipping of the Mandibular molars
Overjet +4mm Overbite 80-90%
Mandibular crowding 6-9mm and Maxillary crowding 3-6mm
Posterior cross bite tendency - Right
Maxillary right cuspid and left cuspid are blocked-out labially as well as the lower right cuspid
Slightly retrusive maxilla
Incompatible Maxillary and Mandibular arch forms
