Treatment TipImprovements to automated staging of teeth in Align's software were implemented in 2007. These improvements were designed to help you achieve improved aligner tracking without extending treatment time. Automated staging now results in simultaneous vs. sequential movement of teeth - allowing for slower movement of most teeth. This case was staged so that all movements occurred simultaneously as opposed to sequentially. The animation or ClinCheck file shows all the teeth are moving throughout the duration of treatment. Since this is part of Align's default protocol, it is not necessary to request your cases be staged with simultaneous movement. Click here to learn more about Align's Protocols. |
