- Tooth size discrepancy in maxillary arch
- Patient had financial concerns and therefore decided to only treat the maxillary arch
TreatmentTreatment Summary
- Expanded the maxillary anterior segment
- Uprighted the central incisors
- Conservative use of IPR distal to the maxillary centrals to reduce tooth size discrepancy
- Corrected rotation of maxillary canines
Post Invisalign Treatment
- 3/4 porcelain crowns for maxillary centrals and laterals were placed
- Selective cosmetic contouring of the mandibular anteriors and the maxillary canines was performed
- Whitening
