  • Maxillary left third molar not fully erupted
  • Chipped anterior teeth
  • Rotations of the mandibular canines

Treatment

Treatment Summary
  • Provisionalize upper central incisors with Bis GMA Resin; created from study models and bonded into place
  • Maxillary left third molar extracted prior to starting Invisalign
  • Space created by expansion, proclination and IPR
  • Maxillary anterior set up for ideal porcelain restoration of all maxillary incisors
Post Invisalign Treatment
  • Final restoration made of maxillary incisors after whitening procedure
  • All porcelain crowns for the maxillary central incisors and porcelain veneers for the maxillary lateral incisors
